Every great story has a humble beginning — and ours starts with a cookie.

In late 2019, Shane Quillin, a decade-long corporate America veteran with a passion for food and a lifelong goal of owning his own business before turning 30, baked his very first batch of homemade scratch chocolate chip cookies. He brought them to work, shared them with friends and family over the holidays, and the reaction was immediate — people couldn't get enough.

Inspired by a trip to New York City in December 2019 where he discovered the magic of New York-style gourmet cookies, Shane came home with a vision. He was going to launch Atlanta's premier gourmet cookie catering company. He set a launch date of March 1st, 2020 — and he hit it. What he didn't know was that eleven days later, the world would shut down completely.
